Pros

Other sale's associates Great discount And I don't have any other pros for this job but there's a 20 word minimum.

Cons

Too many managers running around telling you different things to do. If you don't push credit cards they cut your hours. Constantly change your shifts without telling you. Move you to different departments without training you. The managers threatened to fire you for speaking out about being assigned without being trained. The managers don't do anything. Majority of the time I see them hanging out in the offices. Move you to departments that associates usually make money in (aka truck team) and don't give you a raise). Everytime I've ever asked for a day off it gets declined.

Pros

The people. There is a lot of untapped talent.

Cons

Senior management really needs to get their act together. There is little planning, and everything is very reactive.
