Pros

-Pay was really good for retail

Cons

-I was stretched in way too many directions had a hard time getting my tasks done. -Door to floor system is incredibly flawed. Merchandisers were hardly able to merchandise because they were stuck on a register, or working jewelry. -Pricing/signing tasks too time consuming -Task and merchandising hours were not nearly enough to get things done to company standards -The company gave a lump sum of hours in the beginning of week and when they decided they weren't going to send a full truck they would force us to slash hours on Friday.  -Needed another salaried manager at my store. One was not enough. -Too many pointless tasks -Manager listened to some concerns but didn't follow through well with concerns about employees. -Terrible technology and wifi.
