Pros

Great Discounts, friendly co-workers, flexible hours. Facilities are nice throughout the building. A good - work life balance is also attainable.

Cons

Repetitive work, micro-management from upper level managers. Annoying customers and bad sales pressure for ICAPS. Incentives are lame for the most part.

Pros

Hourly wage is appropriate for the responsibility of the position.

Cons

Higher management is inappropriate with employee's and staff. Lack of communication. No recognition for a job well done. There's favoritism among employee's and staff. Policies and procedures are not fully explained. To be promoted you need to be on the store manager's good side, if not he'll look for any reasons to terminate you. This also includes if you disagree with higher management decisions.
