Pros

Clothes are very nice. It is not Target or Apple Computers, customers like the way it was, don't change a good thing.

Cons

Ron Johnson's ego is going to destroy JC Penny. Customers are bitter about the changes! I hope he gets yanked from his job or $53 million a year. His plan is not going to work in a store like JC Penny. I know, I have worked there for a good while and see first hand how the customers are pissed off. Getting rid of the service desk was really idiotic. I think Ron Johnson is trying to bring down JC Penny, you really have to wonder.
