Pros

I worked in a call center. The positive attitudes of the management and team leaders set the tone for the rest of us. There were nice little motivations like monthly gift card drawings (the best performing call centers got more). It was a good experience overall.

Cons

The pay was somewhat low for a call center.

Started off good, but has spiraled downward

Pros

Most of the managers are really nice and will help you with just about anything. There are good benefits for part time employees. Can wear jeans to work everyday. Dress code isn't very strict and it is easy to dress for work.

Cons

Ever since the flip in Feb 2012, everything has been sort of upside down. Promises made during hiring process were not kept. Commission associates are supposed to have a set schedule, but it never happens. Unpredictability with how many hours your will get per week. Managers have so many tasks they forget simple things you ask of them.
