Pros

Love my fellow employees, and love doing the job that I do

Cons

upper Managment is hectic and a bit unfeeling. They treat employees severely unfair. especially the hard workers, You can work your ass off while someone else sits reading or listening to music, yet get paid the same or even less than that person. There is no personal or performance feedback, and very little motivation on the part of management, I know some of them went to business school but i highly doubt any of the managers had any kind of managment training.

Pros

They have an overall good training program available to new associates, lasting about a week. They are also good about your availability

Cons

Management has difficulty in placing associates where they need to be, resulting in lots of people standing around doing nothing
