Pros

The training and certain incentives are quite acceptable, possibly even more than satisfactory. For example, new employees are taught and prepared before starting to work.

Cons

There is very limited opportunity for advancement from entry level positions. The managers do promote from within but one has to be with the company for quite some time before being promoted.

Pros

There is not very much good to say about working this position. I just did for lack of options on my winter breaks home for college. Although I did take advantage of the employee discount quite a bit, especially for christmas shopping.

Cons

The pay for this position was barely over minimum wage and did not increase anytime I came back for another break. Your hard work and performance for the most part goes unnoticed and are in no way differentiated from those with very poor work ethic or customer skills.
