Pros

The upside of being so understaffed, is that the people who are in have to learn how to plan and execute at many different levels, regardless of their title.

Cons

Management is not people-oriented, and is not involved enough to understand feedback/recommendations. Many seasoned employees who are unwilling to change and be flexible to new ideas.
