Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Horrible pay. Uneducated management. Too much work with too little help. Outrageous pressure to open credit card accounts with 27 per cent interest rate! Don't bother with this company.

Pros

The company offers very good training and pay. Creates great relationships, Flexibility in hours and offers a great associate discount program,

Cons

The biggest issues for me personally and the stores as a whole are changes in the leadership concept of more work, less staff to save money.
