Pros

Has somewhat of a family environment at the store level. When goals are met there is great encouragement. Bonus are very good when you can attain them.

Cons

Unrealistic goals to attain especially given the lack of resources provided. Pays well in any other state than California. Since changes in management styles it has become less pleasant to work for this company.

A Different Kind of Company

Pros

- They will start you off with way more pay than you deserve - When you make bonus, it's Amazing! - You can get a long with your co-workers like family (maybe a con too) - Great place if you have entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

- It's not the fashionable company that it has been in the past - They're mixing the "Hard Side of Sears" into their mix - You must play the "Politics" game with District and Regional staff unless you're in an exceptional area. - You have to make work life balance happen if you want it.
