Pros

The team is mostly great! There are a lot of opportunities, especially now because a lot of staff is leaving.

Cons

Upper management has high expectations but doesn't give you the tools to succeed. We need more hours and people to help customers and keep you happy! You need to realize your attitude rolls down hill. Regional manager is disrespectful to district manager, dm is disrespectful to gm and store staff, store staff is unhappy and this results in customers being unhappy. Taking away hours hurts everyone and the tasks will not do themselves! It is a very stressful environment and management seems to only talk about what we could be doing better, not where we have improved.

Pros

Employee discount. That's it. There was nothing else good about this company. Even the pay was mediocre for the amount of time I put into that place.

Cons

Everything was a con there. The staff are young and do not have good work ethic. You reprimand them and you get in trouble. They get paid to not work and yet you are accountable. There are not enough hours to get the support job done and no decent candidates since everyone applies for sales floor. The team is a bunch of old timers that are set in their ways and when you get on their case about speeding things up or actually DOING their job, they complain and you get reprimanded. Upper management does not actually care about your work life balance. As long as they are making a profit they are all smiles, once that profit disappears it's everyone's fault but their own. Instead of spending time on calls in office or at desk, working with the sales staff would show you actually appreciate them. I was there for only a short period of time because they burned me out expecting miracles without giving me the resources to make things happen. I left the company right before Black Friday as one last "screw you" for nearly killing me. They deserve what they get.
