Pros

Got out on the floor fast

Cons

Didn't teach me a dang thing. I watched maybe two videos and then was sent out to sell millions of dollars worth of jewelry without knowing what I was doing.

Pros

Co-Workers are great hardworking people.

Cons

Company increases prices almost daily to advertise a 20% off sale. Over 500 sales running and only 52 weeks in the year. They cannot keep up with their own prices. The employees are held accountable for accurate pricing. You will almost never find an accurate price in that store. One pay increase over the past 3 years to employees because the company had no incentive plan in place for performance or salary evaluations.

Pros

Large company, many opportunities to grow if you play their game A lot of interaction with a variety of vendors helps grow your industry supplier knowledge

Cons

Good old boy environment. Entire company at all levels, distribution, & head quarters could definitely benefit from massive and intense sensitivity training.
