Pros

The culture is good and the location is great. Employees are motivated and easy to work with. The benefits are acceptable. Overall it is a great company to work for.

Cons

The biggest con is the salary. We are under paid at most levels, and promotions and salary increases are few. Your experience as an employee is determined, in great part, by who your immediate supervisor is. Time off, working offsite, and ability to participate in non-project activities can vary widely depending on your boss.

Pros

New management is turning things around and slowly improving. Flexible working.

Cons

Aging products. Too many “managers”. Most of the new senior management are ex-employees from another company, with some of them being very good, and some others very bad. This resulted in a mix of cronyism and a spoil system.
