Work life balance is good, management is great and set realistic expectations. This isn't to say there is a lack of work or that you can slack off, but they do give you the flexibility to manage your workload as needed.

Everyone is positive, and works together to solve problems. There's a built-in culture of collaboration that really helps things to run smoothly, and makes the workplace enjoyable. The work is interesting, and the onboarding process is excellent.
