Pros

The company has a strong name in the industry. Schedules are mostly flexible, but if your study cycle falls on holidays be prepared to work and not take a vacation.

Cons

Promotions are limited and are more tenure based than merit based. Management seems to be guessing what the next steps for the company are. There are layoffs every November, but certain useless roles remain untouched. There are too may layers of middle management whose role is to simply to be buffers. Salaries are low compared to other market research firms.
