- Good work life balance - Remote first policy that they've upheld. - Management largely taking steady and relatively safe steps for growth - Good exposure and use for those in or looking to get into the auto industry.

Cons

- Teams siloed off, not much cross collab going on. - Maybe too settled in how they do things. - Industry itself if very slow to innovate.

Overall I would say it is pretty relaxed, however, this depends on the team and projects you are working on. Completely remote.

Cons

I have had projects where everything is smooth and others where the managers don't know what they are doing. The tech stack is a little messy and definitely could improve.
