Pros

Teams work hard together and support each other when the need arises. Great office space, fun activities and training opportunities help with the work-life balance.

Cons

Managers are promoted that don't have good skills managing others. Long hours required to get the work done, and no thanks given by managers when you go above and beyond.

Pros

Great industry training and ongoing personal development. Lots of flexibility and a great brand new office environment with lots of activities and free lunches.

Cons

Very low opportunity for growth and the pay scale is lower than any counterpart average client position. Because the flexibility you are expected to be always on call meaning nights and weekends. The bonus compensation is very low comparing to the net profit. High employment turnover.
