      Pros

      People that work there are great - work schedule can be relatively flexible depending on your department/superiors

      Cons

      Company stuck in the past, everything moves at a snail's pace, too much red tape to get anything done. Pay is low for the industry, and promotion rates are far behind the industry.

      Pros

      The parent company (McGraw-Hill) treats people better than any big company I've ever seen. When my group was cut, the layoffs were done with genuine kindness.

      Cons

      JDPA is still trying to move beyond the 40-years-of-paper-surveys image, and not sure who they're going to become
