Remote working is great, and company is properly flexible about work which makes for good work/life balance. Generous holiday provision with lots of extra days given out throughout the year.

Cons

Complex business with too many single points of knowledge - makes for difficult on-boarding for new staff with not much training or learning material.

It's a nice place to work with tons of things to learn at your own pace. It's a big organization with multiple and diverse projects going on that you can be part of, thus learning a lot from long time staff.

Cons

Because it is big organization, things can get lost in between the cracks and you can feel unseen.
