Thank you for your recent review. It appears that you selected an employee review; however, as this is regarding the interview process, we are responding from that perspective. Our recently posted HRBP role was opened April 6, and closed the process with all candidates during the week of May 8. Following a review of applications for all of our open positions, we phone screen the shortlisted candidates. Typically, our interviews are conducted virtually and scheduled for an hour or less. We make every effort to create a great candidate experience while ensuring a comprehensive process to ensure candidate competencies align with the requirements of the job.
