      There was little to no work required after hours.

      Cons

      People were unmotivated, overall negative and stagnant culture. Lack of innovation. Individuals in high-level roles were volatile, immature and divisive.

      Pros

      Jeld-wen has great people and a fantastic product. There is a lot of work to do but this company gives you the opportunity to make a difference and be a voice that is actually heard.
