Associates are hard working and they do everything possible to complete work to the best of their ability. Products they make are great.

Cons

Leadership lacks the ability to lead. All leaders are there just for the money, they don't really understand or care about the company, the people or even the customer. The only reason the company is still open for business, is because they keep cutting the workers hours, salary and or other cost initiatives. They have massive projects that continuously fail or lose money, but they spin it to the stakeholders or employees that everything is great. Lies.
