      Pros

      You will have a lot of extra time.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. There is lack of clear direction about where the company or at least the facility is going. Saturday extra time is mandatory. Work life balance is an issue here.

      Very good people to work with.

      Cons

      It's "make doors" or else. Literally no reason to work there. you get paid. that's it. They infringe on your time at a moments notice. no respect for personal lives and even a "thank you" is hard to come by
