Lazy incompetent management. Everything from a production stand point revolves around managing the labor hours. The salaried managers goal is to minimized how many hours the hourly's work so he can get a bonus. They don't care if you want to work the full 40 they send you home. The hourly staff works part-time even though they are supposed to be full time so the salaried staff can keep their salaries. It's a total joke of a place. Yes labor is the biggest cost but your can't tell me that ignoring all the other ways that money can be saved doesn't matter. But in order to fix those issues the lazy incompetent manager has to work for a living. Jeld wen is a joke of a company

Health benefits are self pay, and provides little coverage. The company’s culture is very Eurocentric with very little consideration for it's Afrocentric population. Diversity inclusion is something this company does little to promote and gain full understanding on. There is little room for growth, unless you leave and reapply for another role. The turnover rate is significantly high, with little knowledge of the importance of employee retention. Lastly, there is little to no basic training for newly hired staff.
