dont care about their people. Laid off 120 on Dec 16. There feelings were better you than me. Benefits stink, (they paid medical bills. Suggested you look up you sickness on webmd!) no raises, no bonuses NOTHING!

pay is fair for simple jobs, but raises are unheard of.

Cons

if top management does not feel you are a team player its over for you. I have not spent any quality time with my wife or kids in months!!!
