Pros

Its a stretch to say that there were any pros working at jeldwen, other than the factory had good lighting.

Cons

Everything, the management was good, the work was boring and repetitive, you have to deal with lots of temps constantly coming in and out. Also some times you have to deal with multiple managers at the same time and they expect you to complete workloads equivalent to 3 people. If you show that your capable you will get exploited..

Pros

Lots of responsibility, good beginner job.

Cons

Difficult to move up from Group Manager, hours are quite long and included weekends. Be ready to move around the country if you want to keep advancing.

Friendly co-workers Decent benefits package Convenient for people with kids to take time off when they want Management seemed to not care if employees have a bad attitude

Cons

Didn't pay enough to cover the cost of a place to live in and utilities People with kids were free to take time off often for sick kids with no disciplinary action as a result of taking too much time off Management was there to collect a pay check and was generally incompetent
