      Pros

      People are good and friendly.

      Cons

      There is no growth opportunity, no bonuses. The benefits package is just an average. There is no serious performance evaluation and no salary raised. I won't recommend anyone to accept the offer. If anyone would like to, I would recommend to insist on onsite interview before accepting the offer and get information about entire details about the work and technology.

      Pros

      In sales there was tons of freedom to do your job correct and well. The corporate culture was great everyone was very helpful over the phone. Take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Lack of direction in the building industry. The customers walk all over JW in most cases. Lack of marketing experience in the manufacturing of their products.
