Located in a beautiful area.

Cons

The corporate culture is disjointed; one location doesn't communicate with the other and there are no growth opportunities. Additionally, no credit is given to staff for their work and it's hard to get promoted.

Established and competitive position in the market. Marketing spend is being activated and helping with brand awareness which provides leads as well as confidence with customers and employees.

Cons

Current company culture is a challenge. On the surface the right things are said but the actions of the management team towards their employees is short sided. This breeds a culture of fear rather than creativity.
