There are no pros, do NOT work here

Cons

Terrible pay, overworked, understaffed. Patients lay in urine and are soiled sometimes all day. Terrible management. Constantly being undermined by your managers. If you are below a nurse, they look down on you. The people that work above me have ZERO home training. I can’t wait to leave this place, I’ve never worked somewhere as horrendous as this place, stay away!!!! They make you work like a slave.
