incessant micromanaging and write up culture. be prepared to be questioned and interrogated relentlessly about EVERYTHING YOU DO OR SAY. management speaking on both sides of their mouth. they say to take initiative and make independent decisions and then completely use those decisions against you. YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! I worked with some of the worst back stabbing, lying, manipulative and downright hostile individuals I've ever encountered in 25 years.
