Nice who are very friendly co-workers Hospital offers opportunities for training and for leadership Good and affordable health package with health mointoring

Cons

Computer systems need to be updated, many computers were still using XP. Poor Pay Master Horrible Management who treated everyone like replaceable commodities No fluidity in management, they all have been there for a very long time and are out of touch with common employee

Pros

If you can succeed here, you can work anywhere. Hospital is most specialized in area. We perform exams that are not done elsewhere. A flagship hospital for community.

Cons

No recognition and low salary. Our wages are much lower than average compared to other hospitals in area. Management does not provide a healthy environment. Have to take call at three different sites and a constant turnover in staff means less experienced techs are hired but are not skilled to handle this scope of work.
