      Pros

      LGBT friendly and supportive with casual environment.

      Cons

      They pay insultingly low in all levels. They have poor benefits and they don't even have retirement benefit. Leadership/Management is extremely cliquey. To put it simply, if you're not in the "IN" then you are "OUT". Promotions are based on popularity over hard work and there is no real growth options or trainings and development.
