      Pros

      Fun atmosphere with descent money. The benifits are not bad either.

      Cons

      Always watching over you back. The stability of the company is a big issue. Massive restructuring of the sales floor in December and the layoffs in January. It is all about the numbers but the numbers are not there. They are shooting themselves in the foot with price matching and also competing against themselves with companies that are owned under the JGW umbrella.
