The company's treatment of employees is totally out of touch, like they're a textbook example of what NOT to do to retain employees in the modern workplace. They spend all this effort on recruiting new ppl to keep up with turnover instead of just making it worth ppls while to stay. It's not the worst but they say they're this amazing place to work which is a joke. They underpay and overwork ppl, and high performers and people who go above and beyond who aren't in commissions based jobs end up not being compensated well for the extra work they do. They take great employees and put so much work on them without extra pay that they burn out and leave, which only leave a ton of extra work for the other employees who take on the extra workload, and then they get burnt out....it's a cycle of burnout. I know people who have to work two jobs because the pay is so low, meanwhile they're working at a company that's supposed to be helping people get "financial freedom." The call is coming from inside the house, hello!! The benefits aren't even competitive--they're standard or even substandard if you look at other financial companies' benefits. It's a joke. The obviously fake positive reviews and the company's rude and defensive responses to negative ones speak for themselves. It's embarrassing actually, like as an employee that reflects poorly on me. There are proven ways they can make it a better place to work, boost morale, retain employees etc, they'd rather spend their money and time flooding this with fake five star reviews and recruiting college kids who don't know better.
