Cons

They had a trainer who had never done sales train us for the first few months. Then we were thrown in and didn’t know what we were doing. The policies and processes changed on a daily basis in order to try to win over customers. It was hard to keep track. Management isn’t understanding of personal life situations. There is little to no work/life balance. They laid off a number of people due to the low move volume. The low move volume is because they refuse to lower their pricing.

Currently our repair shop is located at our main office in Sterling, VA, however, as our Gaithersburg Office continues to grow, an increasing number of support services will become available on site. In the mean time, I recommend speaking with your dispatched about the best options for receiving service on your vehicle.

Pros

A great team that helps out each other, as long as you are competent there is no drama and the senior team members are always there to help. Supervisors are willing to listen and they make sure they provide CONSTRUCTIVE criticism and not put you down for mistakes.

Cons

There is a small disconnect between the different departments they do a wonderful job but they keep the perspective of the department they work in and it is difficult to engage as a whole with the same vision. Sometimes. In general there is great cooperation between them that achieves some spectacular results.
