Heavy lifting and pains. Make sure you have a lifting belt because the company don't provide one.

Our residential moving specialists participate in a 3-day training program that involves proper lifting and carrying techniques as well as proper stretching methods to avoid injury. JK provides the appropriate equipment and tools necessary to ensure that our employees can do their job safely and effectively. At JK, our first priority is the safety of our employees.
