The owner, Chuck Kuhn, is very accessible. He attends the morning dispatches so that he can talk to crew employees and answer questions, as well as holds regular town-hall meetings to talk to employees about how the company is doing, future plans, and employee recognition. He also holds "Coffee with Chuck" meetings where employees can get face-to-face time with him to ask questions or express their thoughts. Training and development is very important to him and as such, the company invests a lot in resources for employees such as the employee portal, tuition reimbursement, foreign language training, ESL reimbursement, and company-paid certifications and memberships.
