Occasional free food, that is all.

Cons

No room for growth, no raises/bonuses, terrible pay & benefits. It's a work you into the ground with no rewards, continuously running on a hamster wheel environment. Unprofessional middle management. This company does not care about their employees whatsoever. Don't waste your time like so many of us have. Life is short, you can't get that time back so make it count somewhere you are appreciated and treated with respect, as well as rewarded for all your efforts!

Career growth for current and future employees is fostered through talent development initiatives that include career pathing, certification and continuing education programs, and our Learning Management System (LMS) that has been custom-designed with more than 8,000 online trainings that cover a variety of topics and disciplines. Employees receive bi-annual performance reviews, are assessed on key performance indicators and a customized individual development plan (IDP) annually, to position them for career growth and success. Along with growth opportunities, we offer competitive pay including annual merit increases and performance bonuses. Our unique retirement savings program includes company-paid profit sharing up to 25% of annualized gross earnings and an employer-paid safe-harbor contribution of 3%.

*Company that plans to 2x Revenue in the next five year. It is great to be part of a Company that is thinking growth in an industry that is retracting with many companies shrinking. *Benefits such as medical, dental, 401(k) and profit sharing that are not only unmatched in these times but, in many cases, unheard of. *Opportunities for advancements exist throughout the Company; both within departments and interdepartment. *With the significant investment in technologies, this Company is more of a Tech Company than a moving company in some ways.

Cons

*With the tremendous focus on growth, the Company is absolutely doing the right things to support the infrastructure, so this isn't a Con but a reinforcement to continue the investment, as it is definitely paying off.

Thank you for your feedback. JK offers two medical plans and three dental plans so that employees can choose the plan that is best for them and their family. JK matches up to $1,000 dollar-for-dollar in the Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to help offset deductible costs. In addition to the 3% company contribution to 401(k), they company also contributes up to 25% of earnings as part of the profit sharing plan.
