Everyone, and I mean, everyone smiles a lot. Everyone is extremely helpful and you get paid weekly.

Cons

It’s a big company with a lot of people so there is a lot to learn, it takes time, other than that, none.

I have been working at JK Moving Services for a number of years and I continue to be impressed by the culture and work ethic of employees at all levels. Employee education and development is available and encouraged . Managers are engaged and are very supportive of employee growth even when it means the employee is moving to another department. Great talent development!

JK has a number of tools available to employees for career growth. Our Commit2Growth Employee Portal has over 7,000 online trainings on a variety of topics that employees can access at any time. We also offer in-house training and tuition reimbursement. Managers are actively engaged in succession-planning and individual development plans. All open positions are available to employees through the portal to explore and apply directly. In fact, 15% of our staff moved into a role of higher accountability in 2017.
