Thank you for your comments. There are a lot of ways to take advantage of the Talent Development opportunities at JK. The Commit2Growth Employee Portal allows employees to search all of the positions in the Company, learn about the responsibilities and the requirements of each position, view related career paths, and save the positions to your interest list. There are over 5,000 online training courses on a variety of topics available to employees within the portal. Employees can also create a career development plan with their manager to help them achieve their career goals and apply to job opportunities directly through the portal. Additionally, open positions are posted to the Electronic Bulletin Boards in each of the break rooms. Employees are encouraged to apply for positions within the company and we celebrate promotions at each of our quarterly all-company meetings. ...where the company core values actually mean something and are lived every day. Everyone around me is trying to make the company the best customer serving moving company in the country. The peer pressure to be excellent is refreshing. Making every customer's experience a good one is the mission. When something happens and a move doesn't go as planned this organization really anguishes about it - figures out what went wrong and implements actions to not let whatever negative experience occur for the next customer. These people really care - and that makes it a great place to work!
