-All employees have the same goal -CEO is approachable -Executive management is approachable -Training opportunities are great -Work/life balance is good

Cons

-No flex scheduling -Limited holidays -Traffic sucks -Traditional corporate culture. JK is ready to innovate corporate culture, just not pushing full steam ahead.

The JK Sterling, VA Campus is located within walking distance of a future Silver Line Metro Station currently under construction and our Gaithersburg, MD and Washington, DC locations are currently metro-accessible. We look forward to the added convenience of public transportation as an additional option for our employees to commute to and from work. The Company is like Family, everybody is working together, great teamwork. Our President and Owner is always there to help, he has a true open door policy.

Cons

The technology needs update and we should thrive to go paperless. To much time and paper is wasted with creating files.

With any customer service industry working occasional weekends comes with the job. But management is great at balancing out the work loads.
