People you work for arent as great as the people you work with. The scheduling system is terrible. Do not find out schedule until night before at 6:00 P.M.

Thank you for providing your feedback. The dispatch teams do their best to provide schedules as far in advance as possible and accommodate requests for time off or flexible scheduling. A new scheduling system is in the process of being rolled out to allow employees greater flexibility in accessing their schedules and provide more advanced notice.

One of our greatest strengths is our commitment to employees personal growth. At JK we believe in promoting from within, and creating a personalized career path, for individuals to succeed. We recognize that our in-house training program creates the next generation of industry professionals.

Cons

Being based around the DC market has both it's strengths and disadvantages, the most obvious downside being the heavy commuter traffic and the high cost Loudon County.

The JK campus is conveniently located off of 606 within walking distance of the new metro station. We eagerly anticipate the ability of our employees to choose public transportation for their commute in the near future.
