The people at JK are skilled at what they do. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. As this industry is unique, you must learn on the fly and the current staff welcome the opportunity to train new employees.

Cons

Growth is very important at JK. While the company will continue to grow rapidly, I do not believe the opportunities for employees to move up the chain will grow. JK has taken steps to ensure that employees are receiving training and development but breaking into management is not as easy.

Thank you for your comments. We encourage our employees to take on roles of higher accountability and move up within the company. Many of our leadership grew within the company, including members of the executive team. For instance, our CIO started as a moving helper before finishing his degree and moving into the IT Department. JK has implemented careers paths for employees who wish to move up within the company. As your mentioned, JK is definitely a rapidly growing company and as we grow, more management opportunities may become available.
