Pros

Great team atmosphere. Communication within and between divisions is excellent. All employees are directly responsible for profit of company. Owner is hands-on and leads by example.

Cons

Summer is peak season for the moving industry and can get pretty hectic. Need to be organized, manage your time wisely and handle stressful environment.

The company uses multiple methods of communication to ensure that employees stay informed throughout the year, including electronic bulletin boards, e-mail notifications, monthly divisional meetings, morning huddles, all-hands meetings, flyers, and mailers. Pros

Very generous profit sharing program, 100% employer funded. Extraordinary revenue growth over a prolonged period of time. Very stable financially. Lots of opportunities for career advancement, training and growth. Tuition reimbursement, including Master's Level Coursework. Great strategic plan. Very strong base of business partners and many flagship government and corporate clients. Great work life balance! The company gives back to the community they serve monetarily and through employee volunteer efforts.
