Pros

Compensation is competitive. Great Benefits, family atmosphere, and some really good people from the past. Good Work life balance.

Cons

In the last few years "Better, Faster, Cheaper" has changed JM to just another corporate environment. Cliches have formed and when brought to HR attention falls upon deaf ears. If you want a job where you can "Ride it out", this is a good fit for you, unless you are part of a cliche.

None, management/supervisors team up, do not get in trouble and retaliate against good employees

Cons

They have supervisors who harass, retaliate and abuse their power and do NOTHING about it. They try to push fake policies but don’t even follow policy themselves.

Pros

JM Family owners are very generous and share proceeds from the company with associates.

Cons

JM Family use to be an excellent place to work, however current upper management has a policy of no longer promoting from within, preferring outside candidates with the assumption that younger is better. Knowledgeable, qualified and loyal associates are being actively pushed out to force demographic changes that align with woke ideology. The younger associates being hired into management positions are bringing with them habits of back stabbing office politics that helped them advance in other companies. This situation is causing an overall negative cultural shift at JM.
