Yearly bonus based on tenure Generous pto if you stick around On-site clinic

Cons

Management is awful. Upper management is disconnected cruel and arrogant. Middle management is entitled overpaid and prone back stabbing those under them. Promotions go to loyalists. Low level employees treated like vendors. Avoid Deerfield facilities.
