      Pros

      Has the typical good things that most companies have with one difference, campus is much nicer than most organizations. The m&a side of the business is also strong.

      Cons

      Company emphasizes the culture, but it is not my experience. Our little plaques that talk about our values do not seem to be more than idle chit-chat.

      Very focused on associate benefits and engagement. Excellent benefits.

      Many long term associates so in some areas movement is limited.

      Extremely flexible with offline work after birth of my child, despite not working with them for long prior. Great people to work with and interesting projects.
