      Not What it Used to Be

      Pros

      A lot of your coworkers are kind and care about you. It's great having a gym and café on site.

      Cons

      The culture has changed so much here over the years. Management has become disconnected and cold, not informing associates about decisions. Communication is terrible here - in all facets - and it's largely due to how bureaucratic this company has become. This used to be a fun place to work!
