      Pros

      JMF has to be one of the most progressive employers in the South Florida region. The extra added perks that they offer make the hard work well worth it.

      Cons

      The culture has evolved somewhat with Mr. Moran's passing, but for the most part they still value the core business values that Mr. Moran had put in place.

      Great culture and good values instilled by Mr. Moran, but company is steering away from those values since his passing.

      Very "clickish", and if you are not an employee it is difficult to get hired.
