Pros

It is very fun and rewarding to work with a team that cares. Everybody is very respectful of others, and work hard to reach our goals. You can rely on your team because everybody is very responsible, hard worker, and honest. Management is very responsive.

Cons

There isn't enough members to cover the jobs. Need to hire more associates for certain key areas.

Disappointed, Frustrated, and Confused

Pros

Pay is decent.

Cons

Too much overtime when other options are available, such as actually hiring new employees to fill those positions left open by those who finally got fed up with the company. No respect from management. Turnover rate high in management, departmental and higher within the plant. Repairs that need to be done are put off. Advancement opportunity is decided by favoritism with employees with nearly no actual time with the company being chosen over those with the most seniority
